Returns
Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please take care to return in the same condition it was shipped.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are Final Sale - NO Returns- NO REFUNDS
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or goods don't match the order or incorrect sizes were sent vs the order issued. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at astrid@theglitteredpinecones.com - If the goods were exchanged.

Shipping
When you purchase goods from our side, we will either deliver through one of the following methods:
- USPS (US Postal services with registered tracking) (Customer at the time of shipping)
- A expedited freight company - UPS FEDEX (Customer to pay at the time of shipping)
- In person.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, FORCE MAJOR will be applicable in specific unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our ability. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays you will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase. YOU are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong addresses or wrong persons as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
REFUNDS
To return your product, please email astrid@theglitteredpinecones.com - we will provide you with the mailing address along with a return Number that you will need to be added to the goods.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
